COVID-19 Our Dealership Care Plan

The Government of Alberta has declared businesses in the automotive industry, including Big 4 Motors as essential.  Our store remains open but with reduced hours of operation and with additional precautions.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is paramount at Big 4 Motors.  Our dealership remains open for both sales and services.  Here is some important information on our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 
  • We have significantly increased the sanitization and cleaning of all high touch areas including door handles, chairs, desks and customer waiting areas, using hospital grade disinfectants

  • All staff are practicing increased hand-washing

  • All staff are maintaining two metre social distancing, including no hand-shaking or direct personal contact

  • Any staff member feeling ill has been told not to come into work

  • All staff who have recently returned from international travel are in mandatory 14-day self-quarantine

  • We have suspended drop-off of sporting equipment for KidSport

  • All our vendors and suppliers have been advised to follow our protocols

  • Customers feeling ill should not to come to the dealership

  • Every vehicle we service or use for test drives is sanitized both before and after

 
  • Call centre staff are here to serve you in a timely fashion 

  • Our customer shuttle service continues, but is limited to one customer per trip or up to three customers for 10 seater vehicles.

  • We sanitize every vehicle before and after servicing

  • Pay your invoice by phone

  • We offer a valet pick up and drop off for service clients and demonstration drives

  • Shop online 24/7/365 - our full inventory is available for viewing

  • Our sales team are available for video chats and virtual vehicle walk-throughs

  • Financing and pre-approvals can be completed online, credit card payments can be accepted by phone

  • A member of our dealership team can deliver your vehicle to your door
